Exchange & Return Policy
- Eligibility: You can exchange for size or replace items within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be marked as eligible for exchange and return on the product page.
- Reverse Pickup: We offer a reverse pickup service from your shipping address. In case it’s not available for some pin codes the client will have to self-ship it.
- Not Eligibile: For reasons such as color/quality/design/embroidery/trims. Please read the products details before making a purchase or call the customer service for any relevant details.
Exchange & Return Process
- Request: Contact us via email at aslekhasofficial@gmail.com or phone/WhatsApp at +91-8827431806 to start the process.
- Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address within 48 hours.
- Packaging: Please reuse the original packaging.
- Condition: Ensure items are in their original condition, with labels and tags intact, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Processing: Once we receive and verify the item, we'll process your exchange or return within 10-15 days.
Refund Policy
- Store Credit: Returns are refunded as store credit minus the shipping charges (to & fro), which is valid for 90 days.
- Fee: The exchanges will incur a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs 250.
- Exclusions: Shipping fees and gift services are non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned for their cash value.
Sale or Discount Policy
- Size Exchanges Only: Discounted items are eligible for size exchanges with a Rs 250 return shipping fee, provided the size is available.
- No Returns: We cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items, including those purchased with promotional codes.
Missing or Damaged Items
- Report: If an item is missing or damaged, please report it within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
- Proof: Send us box opening video & photographs of the item and the delivery package.
- Resolution: Our customer care team will investigate and provide a resolution.
Cancellation Policy
- Timing: You can cancel your order within 12 hours for a store credit.
- After 12 Hours: We are unable to process cancellations after this time.
All Lehenga's and Sarees are not eligible for return or exchange. It is made to order basis only.
International orders are not eligible for exchange or return.
